Bees in Flight: My First Time Testing the OM‑1

This was my first time trying to photograph bees in flight with the OM‑System OM‑1 and the 12‑100mm lens. I had my shutter set to 1/250, which turned out to be too slow to freeze their wings, but the rest of the bee still came out sharper than I expected. In this post I walk through what the camera actually captured, what I learned from my settings mistake, and how I’ll adjust next time when I chase these buzzing little giants again.
